CAMP OVERVIEW

Goalkeepers:

Our camp offers goalkeeper-specific training. Goalkeepers will receive two technical training sessions each day. They will be in the nets facing live action during daily tactical circuit training and league competition.

Field Players:

In addition to intensive technical and tactical sessions, field players will train and play in different competitive environments in order to practice their skills and measure their ability. Our staff is made up of coaches who are nationally licensed and/or have professional playing experience. We will challenge field players of all levels and provide individualized instruction to make them better all-around players.

Conditioning:

For the player who is serious about raising her game to the next level, the physical aspect is a component that cannot be overlooked. To meet the needs of these motivated players, optional morning sessions will focus on speed, strength, and agility training.
